Sattie discusses the stigma that almost prevented her from acquiring PrEP to prevent HIV, and even after finally getting a prescription, coverage for labs and provider visits still posed as a challenge. We cannot end the HIV epidemic without ensuring PrEP equity. After 11 years of PrEP, we are delivering it to less than one third of those who need it.
